CNC Milling: We can mill both small and large products. Thanks to our modern machinery, we are able to produce parts of unique size. We are capable of 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling in a wide range. Within our machine park, we have various Hermle machines. We do our milling work partly unmanned thanks, among other things, to our pallet changers (Fastems FMS). This reduces lead times, resulting in short delivery times.
CNC Turning: Within our machine park, we have several lathes from brands including Nakamura and Victor. Thanks to these CNC lathes, we have a unique turning range. This enables us to effortlessly produce various turning parts. We supply turned parts with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 800 mm. One of our lathes is automated with robot loading and/or bar feeding, enabling us to shorten our lead times.
Assembly: For customers who want to focus on their core business, Lemmens offers the option of supplying a product as a subassembly.
With this, we deliver a product which the customer can immediately use in its own assembly process. The so-called plug-and-play. These assemblies are mostly mechanical assemblies where the main components are also manufactured in our workshop.
This results in the removal of logistical control burden for a number of components. Moreover, we can reduce the parts list of a more complex assembly for you. Thanks to our close involvement in the technical production of the components, we can easily make adjustments if necessary.
Finishing: High demands from customers require a high degree of finishing of the products. We prefer to deburr on the machine but, where this is not possible, we can perform excellent manual deburring ourselves and we also have the knowledge and skills to apply C-surfaces for vacuum applications. In addition, we offer cleaning and packaging up to Grade 2; also for larger products. Any other aftertreatments such as nickel plating or anodising are outsourced, but coordinated by us. As a result, our customers have only one point of contact for the entire process.
